Paint a Minecraft skin in your browser on a 3D model, then download the 64x64 PNG.

Make or edit a Minecraft skin in your browser. Paint directly on the 3D model or on the flat texture, work on the base layer or the 3D outer layer, and switch between Classic (Steve) and Slim (Alex) arms. Start from Steve, Alex, a blank skin or any player's skin.

FAQ

What is the outer layer?

The second layer of a skin sits slightly off the body, so hats, jackets and sleeves look 3D. Pick Outer layer to paint it, and use the eraser to make parts see-through.

What's the difference between Classic and Slim?

Slim (Alex) arms are 3 pixels wide instead of 4. Choose the same arm type when you upload the skin.

Can I edit my current skin?

Yes. Type your username and press Load, then paint over it.
