How to use the Totem Maker
- Type your Java Edition username and press Get skin, or upload your 64x64 skin PNG.
- Check the preview. The totem uses your head, body, arms and legs.
- Press Download resource pack, then put the zip in your .minecraft/resourcepacks folder.
- In Minecraft, go to Options, Resource Packs, and move the pack to the right.
FAQ
How do I get a custom totem in Minecraft?
Use a resource pack that replaces the totem_of_undying texture. This tool makes that pack for you from your skin, so you only need to add it in Options, Resource Packs.
Does a custom totem work on servers?
Resource packs only change what you see, so it works on any server. Other players will see the normal totem unless they use the same pack.
Can I use someone else's username?
Yes. Any Java Edition username with a custom skin works. Players using a default skin need to upload a skin file instead.
Is the custom totem a cheat?
No. It is a texture change only. It doesn't change how the totem works.
