The four types
| Type | What to expect |

| Bridge | Looks like a piglin's head from the front. Has a lodestone chest |
| Housing | Reliable gold blocks and chests |
| Stables | Lots of hoglins and piglins, loot is hit or miss |
| Treasure | Magma cube spawner, lava and lots of brutes. Best loot |
Staying alive
- Wear at least one piece of gold armour so normal piglins don't attack.
- Piglin brutes ignore gold and hit very hard. Fight them from a pillar or block them in.
- Mining gold or opening chests makes nearby piglins angry.
Bring cheap blocksCarry cobblestone or netherrack to wall off brutes and build bridges over lava.
The loot
- Netherite upgrade templates. The treasure bastion always has one.
- The Pigstep music disc.
- The snout banner pattern.
- Gold blocks, and sometimes netherite gear in chests.
