Zombie Guide

The most common mob in the game, and the baby ones are the worst.

A zombie head surrounded by rotten flesh, an iron ingot, a carrot and an oak door on cobblestone
Quick answer
  • Zombies burn in sunlight unless they wear a helmet or stay in shade or water.
  • Baby zombies are much faster but have the same health.
  • On Hard, zombies can break wooden doors.

Zombies are everywhere at night. They're slow, but in groups or as babies they can catch you out.
