Minecraft Biome & Structure Finder
A seed map shows the biomes and structures of a world from its seed. This one searches around any point for the nearest match.
Type your Java Edition seed and pick a biome or a structure. The finder searches around any point you choose, lists the nearest ones with Overworld and Nether coordinates, and shows them on a biome map you can drag and zoom.

How to use the Biome & Structure Finder
- Type your world seed. In your world, type /seed in chat. Text seeds work too.
- Pick the Java version, the dimension and where to search from, then set a radius in blocks.
- Choose Find a biome or Find a structure, pick what you want and press Search.
- Open a result on the map, then copy a /tp command to go there. The Nether numbers are the Overworld numbers divided by 8.
FAQ
How do I find my world seed?
In your world, open chat and type /seed. On a server, ask an admin. The seed is a number, and text seeds work too.
Does this work on Bedrock Edition?
No. Bedrock generates worlds differently, so this finder is for Java Edition only.
How accurate is it?
It uses the open source cubiomes library, which reproduces Java world generation up to 1.21.4. Newer releases can change biomes or structures, so check the first result in game before you travel far.
Why is a structure missing even though it should be there?
Structures only generate in valid biomes, and the finder checks that. A structure can also be partly covered by terrain, so give a result a quick look in game.
What are the Nether coordinates for?
Each result shows the Nether equivalent underneath: the Overworld X and Z divided by 8. It helps you plan a portal route.
Why does a big radius take longer?
The search generates the world around you in your browser, using several threads. A 40,000 block biome search covers about 25 million chunks of area, so it takes a few seconds.
Is my seed sent anywhere?
No. The whole search runs in your browser. Your seed only leaves your device if you copy a share link and send it to someone.
