How to brew it

1. Fill glass bottles with water and put up to 3 in a Brewing stand. Fuel it with Blaze powder.
2. Add Nether wart to make awkward potions.
3. Add the ingredient on top: Sugar.
4. Add Redstone to make it last longer, or Glowstone dust to make it stronger.
5. Add Gunpowder for a splash potion, then dragon's breath for a lingering one.

How long it lasts

What it does

• You move 20% faster, or 40% at level II.
• Your sprint jumps go further too.

When to use it

• Long trips on foot.
• Running from mobs or the warden.
